Melody Anchietta brings over 20 years of rigorous trial experience and legal expertise to Johnson Law Group. A seasoned litigator with a proven track record in public defense and judicial service, Melody has dedicated her career to upholding the rights of her clients in some of the most challenging legal arenas.

Experience & Background

Before joining Johnson Law Group, Melody spent nearly a decade in private practice, during which she maintained a significant contract with the Wyoming Office of the Public Defender. Her career is defined by her extensive experience in the courtroom, having served as lead counsel in dozens of jury trials ranging from complex felonies to sensitive evidentiary hearings.

Melody’s distinguished career includes serving as a Special Commissioner for the Laramie County District Court, where she presided over Title 25 hearings. Her deep roots in public service are highlighted by her time with the Missouri State Public Defender and the Wyoming Office of the Public Defender, where she notably achieved five consecutive acquittals and mentored the next generation of trial attorneys.
