Mark Galler was raised in Illinois and received his B.A. from DePaul University where he was named to the Dean’s List and was a member of the Tau Sigma National Honor Society. Thereafter, he received his J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law (F/K/A The John Marshall Law School). During his tenure at UIC, he was a member of the Trial Advocacy & Dispute Resolution Honors Council and the Advisory Board for the Office of Professionalism and Engagement.
In 2017, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, in conjunction with the Chicago Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, awarded Mark Galler with an Award for Excellence in Pro Bono Service.
